Also, all host is going to verification process to ensure they are meeting our requirements and able to deliver the experience. Verification process is established to ensure quality assurance, safety and all listed experiences are in line with Hekaya standards and requirements.
We are categorizing the experience to set quality and safety standards for each category. This is helping us to identify level of experience, speciality and skills required for the host in order to be allowed to host any experience at Hekaya platform.

Hosts have 24 hours to officially accept or decline a reservation request. You'll be updated by email with the status.
A reservation may be "Pending" because a host needs to respond to a reservation request or because of identity verification.
Submit a change request to your host if you’d like to change your reservation.
You can go to your Trips to get an update on the status of a change request, or you can contact your host directly.
To make changes to your reservation, go to your trip details.

If your reservation is canceled by the host, we understand that it can be a significant inconvenience.
If your host informs you that they can no longer undertake the experience, please don't cancel the reservation on your end
