If your host informs you that they can no longer undertake the experience, please don't cancel the reservation on your end. Instead, send a message to your host, kindly requesting them to initiate the cancellation. This ensures that you remain eligible to receive a full refund.
Once your host has canceled the reservation, you'll have two options. You can either search for an alternative experience, or you can request a full refund, which will also include any service fees associated with your booking.
