Cancelling your reservation, it depends on the host policy for your experience. Read more about cancelation options in the hekaya platform. 

To cancel your reservation:

• Go to "Trips" and select the trip you want to cancel.
• Click "Show more trip plans," then select "Show details."
• Click "Change or cancel."
• Choose "Cancel reservation."  
   

Requesting a refund 

If you encounter an issue during your experience, you have options:

• Ask your host for assistance: You can reach out to your host to resolve the problem or request a partial refund.
• Request to cancel your reservation for a full refund:
• Ensure you submit your request within 24 hours of noticing the issue.

Your host has 1 hour to respond to your request. If they decline or don't respond, you can ask hekaya for assistance.

This way, you can address any issues during your experience promptly and seek assistance from hekaya if needed.
