If your host cancels your experience

If your reservation is canceled by the host, we understand that it can be a significant inconvenience. Rest assured, when you book through hekaya, you're covered by hekaya cover for guests. This includes support for situations where you encounter issues with your booking.

In the event of a host cancellation, you'll receive an email from hekaya providing you with all the necessary information, including details about your refund. Please note that the time it takes to process your refund may vary depending on your chosen payment method.

Additionally, if your host cancels your reservation within 30 days of your starting date, Hekaya will assist you in finding an alternative experience. This assistance is subject to availability and aims to secure a seat at a comparable price.

Remember, if you have any questions or need further assistance, you can always contact hekaya’s customer support team. We're here to help ensure your travel plans are as smooth as possible, even in the rare event of a host cancellation.
