If you need to cancel your reservation (don't worry, it happens!), you may be eligible for a refund that covers the entire reservation, including the service fee. But how does it work?
The most important step is to check your reservation's cancellation policy. This will determine whether the service fee can be refunded. You can get a refund for the service fee if you cancel before the free cancellation period for your reservation expires.
Alternatively, if your host decides to provide a full refund after you cancel, the service fee can also be refunded.
Note: Keep in mind that your host's cancellation policy still applies to any other fees connected to your reservation.
Some people might suggest chatting with others outside of hekaya, like on facebook messenger or through text messages.
Hekaya gives you choices of 2 currencies (OMR and USD) to make the reservations.
