Refunds that meet the criteria will be initiated immediately when you click the "cancel" button. We will automatically handle the refund by using the payment method you originally used to make the reservation.
Request for refund
If you want to request a refund, whether it's before or after your trip, you can do so through contact us by choosing request for refund. You have the flexibility to request any amount for your refund.
We recommend having a conversation with your host about the refund amount through the hekaya messaging system before contacting hekaya. However, if you and your host can't reach an agreement, you can ask hekaya for assistance in finding a solution.
Please keep in mind that if you encounter any issues, they should be reported to hekaya within 48 hours of discovering them to be eligible under our rebooking and refund policy.
Note: You have up to 30 days after your reservation's checkout date to submit any request related to your reservations.
Some people might suggest chatting with others outside of hekaya, like on facebook messenger or through text messages.
Hekaya gives you choices of 2 currencies (OMR and USD) to make the reservations.

You can print the details for an upcoming or completed reservation from your browser.
