• Visit the reset password page.
• Enter the email address associated with your hekaya account.
• Click "Send reset link."

You'll receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

If you've requested the reset link multiple times, ensure you're using the correct email address. You might also need to disable your email service's link preview feature (e.g., Outlook) or mail scanner, as these could cause the link to expire before you open it.

If you know your current password, and you want to change it:

• Go to Account > Login & security
• Next to Password, click Update.
• Enter your current password.
• Enter and confirm your new password.
• Click Update password.

If you signed up for hekaya through Facebook, Google, Twitter, or your phone number, and didn't create a password, you still have the option to log in directly by setting up a password. Here's how:

• Log out of your hekaya account.
• Follow the steps provided earlier to reset your password.
