Then, navigate to your calendar, locate the specific instance, and choose the 'cancel experience' option. Rest assured, your guests will receive a notification, and they'll be granted a full refund.
It's important to note that when you cancel, there may be penalties involved, such as a cancellation fee. So, we advise careful consideration before making this decision.
If, on the other hand, it's your guest who needs to cancel, here's what you should know: it will highly depend on the cancellation policy set for your experience. If a guest cancels within 24 hours of booking or more than 7 days before the scheduled experience, they will receive a refund, but you won't receive a payout for that particular booking.
What are the cancelation policies for the experiences.
If your guest wishes to make changes to their reservation, it's a straightforward process. Simply guide them to either create a new reservation or direct them to the 'Trips' section. There, they can easily modify details like the date, and time.
Please note that changing other details is not permitted and it will highly depend on the change policy set for your experience.
