Cancelation of reservation by the guest

Hosts have the choice between two cancellation policies for your Experiences:

  • Guests can cancel until 7 days before the Experience start time for a full refund, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time.
  • Guests can cancel until 24 hours before the Experience start time for a full refund.
  • Guest Cannot cancel the experience at any time.

The unexpected event policy overrides all cancellation policies. If your guest cancels for an approved reason, you won’t get a pay-out for that booking.
