The majeed program is designed to recognize and reward hosts who have consistently met specific performance criteria. Hosts do not need to submit an application for this program. If you meet the eligibility requirements, your majeed status will be automatically conferred during the next review period.

It's important to note that hekaya does not endorse any majeed host nor guarantees or oversees the quality, safety, suitability, or behaviour of any host, regardless of their status. Qualifying for majeed status simply means you have met hekaya’s performance standards, which are assessed through an automated system. This designation does not imply hekaya’s endorsement, certification, or approval of your experience or your role as a host. You are still fully responsible for adhering to all relevant laws and fulfilling all other obligations outlined in our terms of service.

Hekaya also may terminate the majeed program at any time for any reason.

Majeed program

The majeed program is an initiative established by hekaya to acknowledge and provide certain benefits to hosts who consistently meet and maintain specific performance standards as determined by hekaya. The majeed program operates under the following terms and conditions:

Automatic qualification

Participation in the majeed program does not require a formal application process. Hosts who satisfy the eligibility criteria, as set forth by hekaya, will automatically be granted majeed status during the subsequent review period.

No endorsement

Hekaya expressly disclaims any endorsement, certification, or guarantee of the quality, safety, suitability, or conduct of any host, whether or not they hold majeed status. Majeed status is solely a recognition of a host's performance according to hekaya’s criteria and is not indicative of hekaya’s endorsement or approval of the host's listing or host personally.

Host responsibility

Regardless of majeed status, hosts are fully responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations and for fulfilling all obligations stipulated in hekaya’s terms of service. majeed status does not absolve hosts of these responsibilities.

Termination of program

Hekaya retains the unilateral right to terminate, suspend, or modify the majeed program at its discretion and for any reason, with or without notice. 
By participating in the majeed program, hosts acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions and the understanding that majeed status is based on their performance metrics as determined by hekaya’s automated system and does not represent any form of endorsement or certification by hekaya.
