Host need active, valid insurance, and registration for any vehicle used as part of an experience and the driver will need to hold a valid driver’s license.
Also, guest need to hold valid driving license for the experience which required guest to drive a mean of transportation such as bike or vehicle
For the experience which involved riding of scooters or cycling it might not be required license. However, the path road must be a way from the traffic roads and safe for the drive.
A safe experience involving transportation is one where the vehicle is driven in a responsible manner and is road safe, including having all required seatbelts, helmets, or other safety equipment as relevant.
The vehicle needs to be in safe condition, maintained well and safe to be used.
