Gift cards issued by hekaya gift card services (“Issuer”). Gift cards can be purchased through hekaya platform only as a digital card. 

You must have hekaya account in order to purchase and use a gift card. If you do not have an account, you’ll need to create one in order to use a gift card. You can purchase the gift card and share it with anyone using his/her email or mobile phone. The receiver should use his/her account to add the gift card or can open new hekaya account to add the card. Once card added, the entire gift card value will be transferred to and shown on your hekaya account as your gift card balance. Gift card balance(s) may only be redeemed toward the purchase of goods and services offered on the hekaya platform. Any purchase made with a gift card will be deducted from your gift card balance(s), and any unused gift card balance(s) will remain on your hekaya account until used. If a purchase exceeds your existing gift card balance(s), the remaining amount due must be paid with another payment method. You can view your gift card balance(s) by signing in to your hekaya account.

This is a gift program developed by hekaya and can be utilized to gift experience to someone else as a digital gift.

Gift cards purchased on hekaya are digital only and can be purchased by anyone. 

No fees of any kind apply to gift cards, and gift cards and gift card balance(s) do not expire.

Once the gift card is received, you can't use gift cards to pay for changes to existing reservations or buy other gift cards. You can't reload or sell gift cards, and they can't be exchanged for cash. Gift cards don't have a cash value. Once you claim a gift card on your hekaya account, you can't transfer its value to someone else or another hekaya account. The balance on a hekaya account with a gift card cannot be turned into cash or moved to a different hekaya account.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue or honor a gift card or pursue any other legal remedy, in the event of suspected fraud and we have the right to close an hekaya account and charge alternative payment methods if a fraudulently obtained gift card is added and/or used to make or attempt purchases on the hekaya platform.

Hekaya doesn't provide any guarantees, whether stated or implied, about gift cards. This includes any implied assurances of quality or suitability for a specific purpose. If a gift card doesn't work, the only solution and our only responsibility is to replace that gift card.

If you don't follow these gift card rules or if your hekaya account gets shut down or suspended, your rights with the gift card will end. When this happens, you must stop using the gift card, and we might take away your access to any remaining balance. Even if we don't immediately enforce all the rules, it doesn't mean we're giving up our right to do so later.

If any part of these gift card terms is considered invalid or not applicable, we'll make changes to that part to make it valid and enforceable. If we can't do that, we'll remove that part without affecting the rest of the gift card terms, which will still be valid and enforceable.

We reserve the right to modify these gift card terms at any time. When we make material changes to these gift card terms, we will post the revised gift card terms on the hekaya platform and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these gift card terms. Your continued access to or use of the hekaya platform and/or failure to close your hekaya account will constitute acceptance of the revised gift card terms.
