When you first embark on your journey as a host, one of the initial steps is to establish a payout account. We recommend getting this done promptly, as it may take a little time to become fully set up.

For the meantime, hekaya accepting one method of pay-out payment which is bank transfer to your Oman bank account.

At hekaya, we aim to provide hosts with their payouts promptly and efficiently. Generally, the day after you host an experience, hekaya will release your pay-out for it. The date that you'll get the funds will depend on your financial institution and whether the pay-out is released on a weekend or bank holiday.

However, the exact timeline for the funds to reach your account can vary depending on several factors:

• Bank account: your account in which bank it might take time for the payout to be reflected in your account.
• Bank holidays and weekends: Keep in mind that the arrival of funds can be influenced by bank holidays or weekends.
• Minimum payout amount: If you've set a minimum payout amount, or if you're hosting experience, it's possible that your payouts might follow a different schedule or take a bit longer to process.
