At times, unexpected situations arise, leading to the need for a cancellation. To ensure a smooth process, here's a guide on how to cancel a reservation, understand your refund, or navigate through unexpected issues.

If you have to cancel

We're here to assist you swiftly with your cancellation needs. If your plans have changed, simply head over to the "Experience" section to initiate the reservation cancellation. As you progress through the cancellation process, you'll be informed about the refund amount you can expect.

In cases where you've made a booking under a stricter cancellation policy, you might want to contemplate altering your dates. Instead of canceling outright, you can submit a date change request to the host. Any potential price differences will be presented to you before you finalize the request. It's also a good idea to send a message to the host, elaborating on your circumstances and reasons for requesting the reservation change.

Your refund

In most cases, the amount you get back as a refund depends on the cancellation policy of your reservation and when you decide to cancel it.

To find out how much you can get back and to understand the cancellation policy specific to your booking, you can begin the cancellation process for your experience.

Alternatively, you can learn about the cancellation policy for your reservation by going to the "Trips" section and selecting your trip, or by reviewing the confirmation email you received for your reservation. Learn more about refund
