Subscription
Aamali ERP operates on an annual subscription model, offering users the option to purchase a yearly membership. This subscription provides uninterrupted access to the
Aamali Accounting System for a period of one year. Monthly membership options are not available.
First-time purchase
The First-time Purchase feature involves an initial payment made by the user to acquire the Aamali Accounting System. Once this initial amount is paid, users are not required to make this payment again. Instead,
they will be subsequently billed for annual fees, granting them continued access to the Aamali system for each subsequent year.
Other fees
The "Other Fees" feature includes charges beyond the initial first-time purchase amount. These fees are assessed annually, typically at the beginning of each year and before the end of the user's membership period. The purpose of these fees is to cover essential aspects such as system maintenance and technical support, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Aamali Accounting System. By collecting these fees annually,
the system can be continually optimized, and users can receive ongoing support to maintain the system's reliability and performance throughout their membership.

The E-sales Report feature is available in the Aamali ERP system for users offering experiences within the Hekaya Experience platform. This functionality facilitates the automatic retrieval of all sales made on the Hekaya Experience platform, seamlessly integrating them into the Aamali system. With this integration, users gain the ability to comprehensively manage these sales within the Aamali ERP system. This includes not only tracking and reporting on sales but also enables efficient management of associated expenses, service providers, and overall financial statements.
The E-sales Report feature ensures a streamlined and consolidated approach to managing sales data from the Hekaya Experience platform within the Aamali ERP system.
Expenses management
A comprehensive module for tracking and managing all expenses incurred by the agency. This feature helps in maintaining a clear overview of financial outflows, facilitating budgeting and cost control.
SMS integration
Aamali integrates SMS (Short Message Service) functionality, allowing users to send and receive text messages directly from the accounting system.
The SMS Integration feature within the Aamali system allows users to manage SMS communication directly from the platform. Users have the capability to compose messages, control the timing of when these messages are sent, and oversee the entire SMS communication process.
Integration Fees: Always included in all package subscription.
Message Charges: The cost of each SMS message is determined by the chosen SMS provider, and users will be billed accordingly.
However, the integration connection with the SMS service, is included as part of the Aamali subscription package.
User management
The subscription includes the multi-user feature, you gain access to the User Management section within the Aamali ERP system. This section empowers you to add and manage user information,
including access details for each team member. Also, you will have an access to the user monitor system.
User authority management
This feature allows you to define user roles, set permissions, and control access levels, ensuring a secure and organized workflow. With the ability to manage users, you can tailor the system to match the structure of your organization,
granting appropriate access to different team members based on their roles and responsibilities.
Email integration
Aamali integrates with your email services, enabling seamless communication through email directly from the system. This is useful for sending invoices, reports, or any other relevant documents.
Integration of E-sales with Hekaya platform
This feature indicates the integration of Aamali with the Hekaya platform. It ensures that reservations and transactions, whether originating from online (E-sales) or offline channels, are effectively managed within the Aamali system.
Capacity
Each subscription package in the Aamali ERP system comes with a specified volume of capacity, clearly highlighted in the details of each package. This capacity represents the allotted space for data storage and processing within the system. If users find that their data requirements exceed the initially allocated volume, they have the flexibility to increase their capacity as needed. This can be achieved through an additional charge of 35 OMR per 5 GB, payable annually.
This feature ensures scalability and adaptability to accommodate growing data needs, allowing users to tailor their capacity based on their evolving requirements.
WhatsApp API
The WhatsApp API Integration feature introduces seamless integration of your Aamali ERP system with the WhatsApp API. This integration provides users with a dedicated management interface within the Aamali system to efficiently handle WhatsApp messages. Users can compose, send, and manage messages directly from the Aamali platform. Additionally, this integration supports media features,
allowing businesses to promote their services and engage with registered clients through multimedia content.
Integration Fees: A one-time payment of 15 OMR is applicable for the WhatsApp API integration unless it is already included in your chosen package subscription.
Message Charges: The cost of each WhatsApp message is determined by the number of messages purchased each time. The charge per message typically ranges between 10 Bisa to 30 Bisa, offering flexibility based on your messaging needs. Users will be billed accordingly for the purchased messages.
